Description:

Request for urgent authorization to occupy the public thoroughfare. (Loading and unloading of materials, containers of work, mudanzass etc.).
Steps:

Collect application in Local Police.
Requirements:

- Public road signage according to current regulations. (Consult Local Police).
- The mobile parking restriction signage, to be borne by the applicant, must be installed in the manner indicated by the Local Police with a minimum notice of 24 hours and
- The applicant will have fences, signs and people in the works area, according to MOPU order of 08/31/1987 (BOE 18/09/87).

- It is forbidden to pass people and vehicles underneath furniture, cranes, articulated arms, etc.
- The authorization must be on site and available to any municipal official.

- Accreditation of representation.
- Work license where applicable.
- Civil liability policy
- Vehicle registration and insurance policy where applicable.
