Requirements:
If the works object of the transmission were subject to some kind of guarantee or guarantees (either by replacement or by implementation of urban services), the purchaser must deposit the same / s, prior to the return of those deposited.

Documentation to be provided:
Application in accordance with the model established. Photocopy of the national identity document, passport or residence permit of the interested party and, where appropriate, of its representative (both the transferor and the transferee). Photocopy of the deed of representation powers, or copy of the authorization signed by the applicant (both the transferor and the transferee).
