Obtaining the qualification title for the first occupation of new buildings or existing buildings that have undergone substantial modifications.

Application according to the established model (see documents) Photocopy of the national identity document, passport or residence permit of the interested party and, where appropriate, of his representative. Photocopy of the power of attorney, or a copy of the authorization signed by the applicant. Fee payment of taxes and other revenues of public or private right that correspond. High or cadastral modification of the property. Final certificate of work endorsed by the corresponding Official College. Book of the building: copy of the documentation folder completely filled; copy of the use, maintenance and emergency folder duly endorsed by the corresponding Official College; and the certificate of the Service of Management of Quality in the Edificación of the Autonomous Community that indicates that the registers of quality of the book are conformed, in the case of works whose request of license is later to October 17, 2006, and justificante of the entry of quality records to the registration of the Autonomous Community, if the license application is prior to the date indicated. Certificate of the Provincial Headquarters of telecommunications inspection, when a common telecommunications infrastructure project has been required in the processing of the corresponding works license.
