Warnings:
IMPORTANT NOTE: In compliance with the provisions of article 80 of Royal Decree 1098/2001, of October 12, which approves the General Regulations of the Contracts Law of Public Administrations, and in order to avoid accidents in the handling of shipments that may result in the unwanted opening of any of the envelopes of the tender, with the consequent breaking of the secrecy of the proposals and the need to cancel the procedure, the tenderers are informed that the offer must be presented in three sealed envelopes. If for the volume of the documentation it is necessary to adopt the form of box, package or similar, they must always be presented / displayed in the General Register of the City of San Javier as three "independent units" and perfectly identifiable without having to carry out any operation of opening, cutting with scissors, flaps take off, or manipulation of any kind. That is, in no case, municipal officials will open envelopes / boxes / packages or similar to verify that within them are the three envelopes / boxes / packages containing the bidder's offer. If it is not submitted in the manner indicated, it may have access to the City Council, but its registration as a single unit will result in the exclusion of the bidder from the procedure, for breach of the provisions of this clause on "form of presentation of offers".
