The Council of Culture aims to energize all the activities that are scheduled in order to reach all groups. Together with the famous Jazz, Theater and Dance festivals, Musicas del Alma, National Folklore Encounter, events such as the municipal workshops, libraries and museums are organized, which together will make culture a good opportunity for all.

Museum of San Javier
Bethlehem Museum
Figures and scenes of the monumental Bethlehem that is installed every year in the Glorieta, masterpiece of Christmas art, shows the religious aspect intertwined with history, so that it is a very interesting aesthetic document .
There are 3 sections, the first faithful representation of the Joyful Mysteries of the life of Jesus, the second aspects of traditionalism with pictures of trades typical of Religion and the 3rd international exhibition of the Belenistic art.
Ethnological Museum
Ethnological Museum of Land, Sea and Air in San Javier, where we can explore all aspects of the history of San Javier, in different sections such as Everyday Life, with family, social and cultural aspects of the Municipality , El Campo, with its traditional agricultural utensils, El Mar, with models of the encañizadas and traditional fishing arts, The General Air Academy, with an authentic airplane in addition to documents and the Archaeological Exhibition.
